Weies polymer elastic waterproof emulsion is based on a specific high-performance polymer emulsion, mixed with a certain proportion of cement. After curing, this product forms a rubber-like waterproof membrane with excellent adhesion, impermeability, crack resistance, and durability. It is easy to apply, efficient, and labor-saving.
Suitable Applications: Suitable for waterproofing, seepage prevention, and damp-proofing projects in kitchens, bathrooms, swimming pools, basements, roofs, and other buildings; also suitable for seepage prevention and damp-proofing of porous materials such as aerated concrete and hollow bricks.
Construction Process: The substrate should be flat, firm, free of standing water, loose dust, sand, cracks, oil stains, and other loose materials. For large-area application: The waterproof membrane should be applied in two coats, with each coat allowed to dry completely before the next coat is applied. Allow 2-4 hours between coats; in humid or warm environments, extend the drying time appropriately. The waterproof coating thickness should be 1.2-1.5mm, and it is recommended to apply it using a cross-hatching method.
Cure: After the waterproof coating dries, it is recommended to spray or mist it for curing; the curing time should not be less than 48 hours.
Before waterproofing application, the substrate must be thoroughly moistened with clean water until saturated, but there should be no standing water.
Mixing ratio and dosage: Emulsion: Cement = 1:(0.9-1.0) by weight; approximately 1.1kg/m² of emulsion is required for a 1mm thick coating.
The emulsion should be thoroughly stirred before mixing with cement.
